PiNation.com content, including the information, copy, names, images, designs, patterns, color combination palettes, animations, pictures, logos and icons, sounds audio or video, regarding or relating to PiNation.com, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Under no circumstances will PiNation.com be liable for any loss or damages, foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise to a loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, losses suffered by third parties or any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of PiNation.com regardless of the form of action.

PiNation.com does not warrant that functions contained in PiNation.com content will be uninterrupted, free of errors or defects, or the servers that makes PiNation available are free of viruses or bugs.

The names, images and logos identifying PiNation.com and the products and services and software available for viewing and use are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of PiNation.com. The images, designs, patterns, color combination palettes, animations, pictures, sounds audio or video generated, or available to view, are to subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of PiNation.com. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any licence or rights, whatsoever, to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of PiNation.com, or any of its images, designs, patterns, color combination palettes, animations, pictures, sounds, audio or video in any form or media.

Where you make use PiNation.com software, or submit any contribution to PiNation.com (including but not limited to any information, copy, names, images, designs, patterns, color combination palettes, animations, pictures, logos, icons, sounds, audio and video ) you agree, your contribution grants PiNation.com a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution. If you do not want to grant to PiNation.com any of the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to PiNation.com.

By submitting your contribution to PiNation.com , you warrant that your contribution is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to the PiNation.com for all the purposes specified above. You further agree that it is not defamatory to any person, race or religion; and does not infringe any law. You agree to indemnify PiNation.com against all and any law suits, legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by the PiNation.com as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on PiNation.com and the purposes specified above.

You are not permitted or encouraged to submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature to PiNation.com. This includes (but not limited to) any copy, names, images, designs, patterns, color combination palettes, animations, pictures, logos, icons, sounds, audio or video. Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal or abusive act is strictly prohibited. You must not violate, plagiarize, or infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights. If you're under 16: Please get a parent's or guardian's permission before taking part in any PiNation.com activity.

If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to PiNation.com or otherwise engage in any disruptive behavior on PiNation.com, and PiNation.com considers such behavior to be serious and/or repeated, PiNation.com may inform relevant third parties such as your employer, school or email provider about the infringement/s.

PiNation.com reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any submission, at any time, for any reason.

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
